Are you currently single? Have you always wanted to date someone who makes you laugh? Well here's your chance! Come join Filteroff and Single in the City November 26th, at Phoenix Bar, for a chance to be on a live, interactive dating show with some of NYC's best and hottest stand up comedians.
The evening begins with a mixer with 2 for 1 drinks sponsored by Filteroff. Mix and mingle with the other attendees and comedians at Phoenix Bar while enjoying an ice cold free beer.
Then the side splitting show begins! Single in the City, the interactive dating show where you can choose to go on a live 'date' with the comedian or randomly select an audience member to go on a live 'date' facilitated by the comedian. If you choose to go on a 'date' with the comedian, they will try their hand at winning the hearts of participating audience members (you!), through a series of challenges, like:
-performing their best stand up set
-improvising on never before seen relationship topics
-answering other pressing questions such as "If we were dating and a fire broke out, who would you save first: me, your mom, or your dog?"
Then you choose if you would like to go on another date with the comedian/audience member or just stay friends…
After the show, head upstairs and dance the night away with the cast, crew, and fellow audience members of Single in the City!
So if you love to laugh, dance, drink, and party (and who doesn’t!?!) come out and spend the afternoon with Single in the City and Filteroff!
About Your Hosts:
THE VENUE: The Phoenix, originally established as The Bar in 1999, rose from from the ashes after a fire devastated the mainstay dive watering hole. Soo Ra is a NYC based comedian who performs all over the nation, opening up for big names and has hosted shows at famous venues such as the Laugh Factory Las Vegas.
